We’re running scheduled maintenance on the myBOQ account opening experience from 2:00am to 7:00am AEST on Sunday, 28 April. You won’t be able to open a new account using the app or our website during this time.

Services you can't access during the maintenance window:

  • ATM transactions using your BOQ Credit Card
  • Credit Card balances and transaction history
  • Access the 'Other Card Functions for Credit Card' on Internet Banking
